Change in Terma Leadership
Jes Munk Hansen to resign as CEO and President for Terma A/S end of August. He will assume the role as CEO of Rockwool A/S.
Statement from the Chairman of the Terma A/S Board of Directors, Carsten Dilling:
"I have received Jes Munk Hansen's resignation with regret. Jes has done a fantastic job for Terma, which today stands strong as Denmark's leading defense company. Therefore, first and foremost, I would like to thank Jes for his impressive efforts and remarkable results. We are just finishing a record year with both financial and operational records. Our strategy and organization are strong, and the demand for Terma's products and services is high.
"We, in the board, are now in the process of finding the right successor who can take Terma even further."
Jes Munk Hansen will continue in his role as CEO of Terma A/S for the next six months.
