Terma Appoints Rear Admiral Jakob D. Rousøe as Senior Vice President, Strategic Account

In this newly established role, Jakob will lead Terma’s strategic engagement across Denmark’s defense, political, and industrial landscape. He will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the Danish armed forces, Ministry of Defence and across our industry partners - supporting Terma’s role as a trusted Danish partner in defense and security.

Jakob brings extensive operational and institutional experience from a career that has included sea command, operational leadership in Arctic security and search-and-rescue, deployments to the Middle East and Africa and senior roles in capability development and defense planning. He has worked extensively with international and interagency partners and brings insight and experience into the operational and institutional dynamics that shape defense planning and implementation.

As Senior Vice President, Strategic Account, Jakob will work across Terma’s business areas to help shape long-term priorities and identify opportunities to contribute to national defense objectives - from large-scale acquisition programs to initiatives supporting technological innovation, sovereignty, and industrial collaboration. He will also represent Terma in relevant forums and support coordination with public and private sector stakeholders.
